Definition:

How often do you train? How often do you train? How long have you been training?

Frequency – refers to the frequency of exercises performed.

 Intensity refers to the intensity of the exercises performed.

 TIME – Shows how long you exercise.

 TYPE What exercises do you perform.

 FITT – The principle is one of the basics of exercise. This is the amount of exercise, a set of guidelines to improve your workouts, and a system that will give you the best result.

Frequency for FITT for Cardio and Weight Loss

Frequency 5 to 6 times per week

Intensity – 60-70% of your heart rate.

Time – from 30 to 60 min

 Type - Walking continually

  FITT for Strength

 Frequency -2 to 3 times per week

 Intensity - depend on amount of the weight lifted

 Time – depend on the intensity of the workout.

  Type – free weight or machine weight.

 It is improving flexibility
